Returns

  • Returns must be made with 30 days of order receipt. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility
  • The exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from our shipping warehouse.
  • Once products are received, we will inspect and issue credit to the card that was used to make purchase. Please note, credit will be for products only, no credit for freight, unless a return label was issued by us. Applicable restocking free, will be applied before issuing credit.
  • Any returns where the customer has changed their mind about the product, will result in a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the return freight
  • There are no refunds on products that have been already installed or misused or abused or damaged caused by improper use or installation.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
